Finalit No. 12 Stain Killer (basic)

Special stain remover for particularly stubborn stains from 

  • mould, cola drinks, tea, coffee, red wine, honey, fruit juice, ink, and many more. 
  • Bleaching function for colour residues ("shading") (e.g. graffiti and algae residues). 

Can be diluted up to 1:5 with water depending on the degree of soiling. 1 litre is sufficient for 20 m².

If the stains are under an existing coating (impregnation), the coating has to be removed using Finalit No. 5 Coating Remover first before commencing with the actual stain removal. If the stains are in an existing coating (impregnation), then only the coating  has to be removed using Finalit No. 5 Coating Remover.

ATTENTION! ONLY USE ALONE, DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER PRODUCTS! Vapours will form!

  • Application is possible on polished marble
  • Coffee / cola / red wine
  • Milk / honey, etc.
  • Bleaching function with residues ("shading") from colour pigments (e.g. graffiti and algae residues) 

Suitable for all natural and artificial stones!

ATTENTION! Finalit No.12 may have a caustic effect on polished soft stone (e.g. marble, limestone)!
You need to make your own tests.

  • Can be diluted up to 1:5 with water depending on the degree of soiling.
  • 1 l is sufficient for 20 m² 
  • Generously apply Finalit No. 12 Stain Killer onto the stain.
  • The exposure time is up to 1 hour 
  • With stubborn stains, repeat the application and increase the exposure time if necessary 
  • Apply Finalit No.1 diluted 1:20 with water - neutralising 
  • Allow to act for about 5 – 10 minutes 
  • Thoroughly rinse with water.
